Black Ops 7 MK78 LMG Best Class Loadout Build
The MK78 LMG is the new God Gun in black ops 7 bot lobby. We don't use the term "overpowered" lightly, but we had no choice after testing this weapon. It's a monster.
We expect to be slow and fixed in one place when we pick up a machine gun. Make this secondary. It has the devastating shooting power of an LMG and the size and weight of a lightweight rifle. This is a game changer.
This mmoset new build is absolutely awesome. The TTK makes it easy to shred enemies at close range and from a distance.
The rest of your loadout may be left behind. This setup has been optimized to maintain the MK78's special features while still shredding.
Attachment Breakdown
We need to concentrate on ADS (Aim Downsight), Sprint-to Fire speed and Stealth in order to transform the MK78 into a versatile killer.
The logic behind the build
Why Use the Suppressor Device?
Why not use a muzzle to control recoil? Answer: The MK78 has a very natural control. By using the Grievous A762, you gain an element of surprise. By staying off the mini map, we can flank behind the enemy line and chain kills.
Speed is King
It is the combination of the Skylandance Barrel with the Hades Looper Grip and Charin Light Stock that breaks the balance in the game. LMGs penalize you for moving. This setup allows us to strafe, slide-cancel, and jump around corners faster than most SMG players. We are building an AR-style weapon with a large magazine.
The Magazine Trade-Off
We chose the 65-round Fast Mag (Swift Fed Fast Belt). Although you can go bigger, 65 rounds is the perfect size. It improves the speed of our aim-down sight and speeds up reloading, which is a common death sentence among LMG users. If you are able to hit your shots, then 65 bullets will be more than enough for you to easily take out 4-5 enemies.
Perks & Equipment: The Complete Class Setup
The soldier who holds the gun determines its quality. We need to maximize the aggressiveness of this MK78 Build by adding perks that will keep us active and regenerate health.
Secondary Weapon
Jagger 45: Great for killing weak enemies, or if you are caught reloading.
Field Upgrade: Mute Field
This is the best field upgrade available for this style of play. This field upgrade grants Cold Blooded Ninja and Ghost at the same time. We are invisible to AI streaks, UAVs and other AIs when active.
Perks Package:
1. Weight: Lightweight is essential to counter the LMG. We must move quickly to close the gaps.
2. Scavenger - With high firing rates, ammunition runs out quickly. This allows us to keep a good supply of ammo without having to buy a second box.
3. Looper: This tool helps us cycle faster and more efficiently.
4. The key is to choose a Specialty: Enforcer. Each kill gives a temporary boost in movement speed and regeneration of health. It is possible to perform multiple kills in a row. You find a target, kill it, heal and speed up.
Tacticals:
Stim Shot: Instant health recovery for tight places.
Semtex is a reliable lethal agent for clearing camps.
What Loadout Can You Use to Dominate?
To be effective, each tactical nuke requires a specific setup. Recommended:
Play aggressively (Yes, you read that right)
While it's not tactically relevant to remain in an LMG pain position, you can still be effective by pursuing objectives (rather than being a nuke anchor) and challenging dangerous positions with your firepower. It's not important to remain in an LMG pain-position for tactical nukes, but challenging dangerous positions with your firepower and pursuing objectives can be more effective. You can guard a stretch and fire as much as you want, catching your enemies off-guard and blasting them to pieces before they even realize that you are there.
Abuse the Strafe Speed
The Charin Light Stock gives you an incredible boost in speed and movement. In addition to strafe speeds, side-to-side movements can make it difficult to track your target. Staying in engagement with a target becomes easy thanks to the low visual recoil.
Do not reload as frequently
Reloading LMGs is annoying and unsatisfying. Your brain will override the Fast Mag and trigger a new reload every time your target changes. You shouldn't need to reload after 65 rounds. This is more than half the capacity of your LMG.
FAQ: Common Questions about the MK78 build
Q: Can I use iron sights instead?
A: Absolutely. Iron sights are quite clear on the MK78. Removing the optic, if you're comfortable, will free up a slot to attach a new attachment. For the best view at long distance, we recommend the ELO.
This build is suitable for Ranked Play.
Some attachments, such as the suppressor and specific lasers, may be restricted due to Ranked Play restrictions. The MK78's core design concept, however, remains the same. It is a dominant weapon if you are able to use it. However, LMGs may be banned or severely restricted by rulesets.
Q: Why choose the Steady 90 Grip instead of the Quickstep 4 grip?
Both are great choices. The Steady 90 was chosen because it boosts sprinting speed. This is perfect for our aggressive roamer style. The Quickstep 4 can be used if you want to improve your ADS time.
Final Thoughts
The MK78 is the best weapon in Black Ops 7 at this time. The MK78 combines the stopping power of the big gun with the agility of the assault rifle. We are not just playing meta with this loadout. Instead, we define it.
This setup is worth trying in your next game. You may find the mobility strange for an LMG. However, you will soon understand why this gun is called God Gun when you achieve your first triple-kill while sliding around corners. Go grab that Nuke now!
